Singapore pilot · Service & product solos

Ops automation + AI for solo operators — without building it yourself.

Clients, jobs, leads, leave, and a payment link — for Singapore solos who want automation without becoming engineers.

  • Built for Singapore context
  • No enterprise bloat
  • Architecture-gated before scale

The problem

WhatsApp wins the job. Spreadsheets lose the week.

You want ops automation and AI in your business — but you are not an engineer, and full platforms are built for fleets and contracts, not one owner juggling clients, jobs, leave, and payment. The pain is building a custom stack yourself. You need a small desk that holds the loop — then gets out of the way.

Status quo Clients in chats. Jobs in a sheet. Leave in your head. Invoices somewhere else. Automation feels out of reach.
What you need A thin desk for clients, jobs/visits, leads, staff leave, and a simple invoice link — accessible automation without becoming a builder.

The offer

Five things. That’s the desk.

InfiLoop Desk is a thin Singapore-first wedge for solo service and product operators — accessible ops automation + AI messaging, not another enterprise suite. (Voice / agentic bots ship later; L1 is the thin desk.)

Clients

Keep customer and site contacts for recurring service or product work in one list.

Jobs / visits

Plan scheduled or ad-hoc jobs and mark them done — no agentic dispatch.

Leads

Capture inbound interest before it becomes a client. Simple pipeline to win or lose.

Staff leave

See who’s unavailable before you assign the week — not full payroll.

Simple invoice link

Share a payment or invoice link. Xero stays the books later.

Explicitly not in this offer: voice / agentic bots · inventory / suppliers · full finance or Xero replacement.

Pilot path

How the Singapore pilot works

Honest sequence. Waitlist first. Build after architecture sign-off. Imperial Services cleaning/FM is our first internal proof (dogfood) — pilots can be any service or product solo business in Singapore.

Share email, rough crew size, and service-based / product-based / mixed.

Ship what desks need

Feedback shapes the product after architecture sign-off — not before.

Fit

Built for solo operators who want automation without becoming engineers

Who it’s for

  • Service-based, product-based, or mixed businesses in Singapore
  • Want ops automation + AI but don’t know how to build it
  • Living in WhatsApp + Sheets today

Who it’s not for (yet)

  • Enterprise multi-site portals and heavy IFM suites
  • Teams needing voice-agent fleets on day one
  • Anyone replacing a full accounting system immediately

What success looks like in pilot

  • All active clients in one list
  • Next week’s jobs/visits visible
  • Leave conflicts caught before you assign work
  • At least one invoice/payment link sent from the desk

Pricing honesty

Pilot pricing, discussed with each desk

Pilot pricing discussed with each desk. We do not publish a fake list price.

Optional soft bands below are for conversation only — not committed InfiLoop list prices.

Soft entry (hypothesis) About S$29–49/mo — discussion option for solos.
Local-ops mid (hypothesis) About S$79–129/mo — discussion option near local roster/ops bands.
Pilot window (hypothesis) S$0–49 for 60–90 days, then a band that fits the desk.

Fuller-product tiers documented elsewhere are out of scope for this solo-wedge landing and are not shown as list prices here.

FAQ

Straight answers

What is InfiLoop Desk?

A thin desk for Singapore solo operators (service- and product-based): clients, jobs/visits, leads, staff leave, and a simple invoice link — so you get ops automation without building a custom AI stack yourself.

Is this an AI agent or voice bot product?

No. Messaging is about making automation + AI accessible; voice and agentic bots are explicitly out of the L1 offer and come later.

Does it replace Xero or StaffAny?

No. The wedge includes an invoice link only; Xero remains finance later. Roster tools can stay where they are.

Is this only for cleaning companies?

No. The true ICP is solo entrepreneurs who want ops automation + AI. We start GTM with service- and product-based businesses. Imperial Services cleaning/FM is our first dogfood proof — not the ceiling of the market.

When does the product build start?

Architecture is gated. Landing and waitlist come first; schema and scaffold wait for sign-off.

Where does the site live?

infiloop.ai stays on Hostinger. We do not ask you to move domains.

What data do you ask on the waitlist?

Email, rough crew size, and segment (service-based / product-based / mixed). No employee PII fields beyond that.
